A starting structure
Goal → listeners, hosts and families → segment by why they gather → pain points → ideas that reuse existing habits → v1 → metric and trust guardrail
How to approach this case
Clarify what Bhajanbox wants from live: longer listening, a stronger habit, a new revenue line or all three. Then learn how older devotees actually use their phones today, how they found the app and how comfortable they are with tapping through menus. Map the whole ecosystem, since a live experience needs hosts as well as listeners, and family members often set things up. Segment older devotees by why and how they gather, not just by age. Walk through a morning for one devotee who wants to join a session, from hearing about it to listening to giving thanks, and look for moments of confusion, loneliness or doubt. Rank pain points, then favour habits users already have. Think carefully about trust, because money and religion together attract bad actors. A strong close names a habit metric, a safety guardrail and a first version.
