Who we are

The service

ProdDojo lets you practise product manager case interviews and get feedback on your answers. It is a practice tool. It doesn't guarantee any interview result or job offer.

AI-generated content

The interviewer is an AI, not a person, even though it uses a fictional name and job title. Replies and scorecards are generated automatically by AI models and can be wrong, inconsistent or incomplete. A scorecard is practice feedback, not an assessment of your ability or a prediction of any real interview. The companies, people and numbers in the cases are fictional.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use ProdDojo, and you confirm this when you sign in. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll delete it. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your ProdDojo account. One person, one account.

What you type

The cases, scorecards and site content belong to [YOUR NAME OR ENTITY]. Your interview answers remain yours. You allow us to store them, process them with our AI providers to run the service, and read a small sample to improve our cases, as explained in the Privacy Notice. We don't use them to train AI models. Don't enter other people's personal data, or confidential information belonging to your employer or anyone else.

Fair use

Don't try to extract the hidden case material, overload or break the service, or use automated tools to access it. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Free cases and Pro

Each account gets [2] free cases. Pro isn't available yet. Joining the waitlist is free, doesn't charge you and doesn't commit you to buy. The price shown is our planned price and may change. If we launch paid plans, we'll show the full price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms before you pay, and you'll only be charged if you choose to buy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account › Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Liability

ProdDojo is provided free and "as is" for practice. We'll take reasonable care running it, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed job offer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least [14] days in advance. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [CITY] have jurisdiction, but you can also bring a claim before a consumer commission where you live. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
